  • Adults-Only Access: Please note that while all-ages guests can enjoy the shared resort grounds, Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall is an adults-only property (ages 18+). This means that while you can enjoy the restaurants, bars, and public areas of the Zilara side, access to specific adults-only areas remains restricted to guests 18 and older.

Room only Deposit is $50 per person, with flights $250 per person (flights available after July 31, 2026). Travel Protection Plus is the cancel for any reason for future travel or refund to original form of payment. Quote for the Trip Protection Plan given at time of quote. This has to be added on at deposit. If this protection is declined, you can purchase Travel Insurance up to the time of travel as long as the documented event for canceling is not preexisting.
