Wellness is a pretty mainstream word now a days. I enjoy that so much!  I also feel that wellness is defined by the individual.  I personally define wellness as the big picture.  It isn't just a yoga class, HIIT class, meditation,  kale salad, green juice or the latest search for environmentally friendly goods.  It’s all of that  combined in a balance of everyday life and attainable goals.  Sometimes that balance needs a change of scenery and I’ve been looking for the ultimate wellness vacation; one with all those combinations and more. Zoetry Paraiso De La Bonita is on my radar!  I’ve done the research and I cannot wait to vacation!
