Hi all, it's guest blogger Jocelyn with Level Lifestyle coming at you with some seriously fab tips! Wedding season and bikini season are here! Well, the way I like to travel, bikini season is year round. BUT, this June is especially important to my bikini body and wellness. I’m getting married!!!! That’s right, I’m sipping champagne and changing my name. There are so many wedding activities and events; drinks and food are an easy indulgence. Whether you want to get your bikini body ready for your next vaca or for your destination wedding, here are my tips and a glimpse into what I eat in a day to lean up, stay healthy, high energy and focused.
